Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern sales concluded on this website between

Article 3 — Products

The products offered are parapharmacy items. They are not a substitute for
medical advice and are not prescription medicines.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance. A minor difference in
presentation does not engage the seller's liability.

Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included. Delivery charges are
calculated before the order is confirmed and shown in the summary.

The seller may change prices at any time. The price applied is the one shown
when the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Ordering

The customer confirms the order after checking the summary: items, quantities,
delivery address, delivery method and payment method.

The sale is concluded when the order confirmation is received.

Article 6 — Payment

Three payment methods are offered:

- Cash on delivery: paid in cash to the driver when the parcel arrives.
- Bank transfer: bank details are provided after the order. Preparation
starts once the funds are received.
- Wafacash: payment is made at a branch to the named beneficiary, quoting
the order reference.

For bank transfer and Wafacash, the customer may upload a payment proof from
their account to speed up reconciliation.

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery covers the whole of Morocco. Times and prices depend on the area and
the option chosen; both are shown before the order is confirmed.

Delivery times run from confirmation of the order and, for bank transfer or
Wafacash payments, from receipt of the funds.

The customer must check the condition of the parcel on arrival and report any
problem without delay.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

The customer has seven days from receipt to return a product, under the
conditions set out in law 31-08 on consumer protection.

Products that have been unsealed or opened, products whose return is precluded
on hygiene grounds, and products past their expiry date through the customer's
own doing cannot be taken back.

Article 9 — Warranties

The seller warrants that products conform to their description and is liable

Article 11 — Disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement,
